Fashion is most exciting when it comes packaged with an event or experience that is a first. This was my first time attending a GANT by Michael Bastian presentation. And while it's important to see value in all types of menswear, something different clicks when it's clothing that relates to you and you're style.
With the collection's inspiration being his memories of attending college in Boston and his friends there, this just might be one of Bastian's most personal collections. It's very easy to see the college prep as well as the MOD influences in these fall pieces. Along with his past being his inspiration, Bastian wishes for a lucky future. Attached to each piece of this collection will be a coin. Something to carry around to bring you luck, and perhaps even remind you of this wonderful collection which Bastian officially titled: The Lucky Ones.
